Making the mask-
No photos of us demolding (sorry, it was a two or four handed job, lol). Unlike our last attempt, this time the clay actually came out! Took some muscle, and some careful pulling and picking, but we eventually got all the clay out. A bit more careful clean up and it will be ready for latex.
