Chris Redfield Cosplay - Resident Evil

After many experiments with different materials and prop making methods, we finally decided on this one! 1/4 inch sintra with a wood handle stained mahogany.The sintra was cut and shaped with a band saw, then beveled on a belt sander. The wood handle was cut in half and the sintra blade/handle inserted in the middle (sintra sandwich!) and bolted back together again with compression bolts.
